“I give 5 stars to technicians that work at Air Solutions. They are careful and thorough. They take the time to discuss my system. I really like the video produced during their work that is left with me to review. What I don’t like: company of Air Solutions increased the yearly maintenance price by adding services I don’t plan to use. The services they thought were so jazzy are covered by my home warranty. I should have been sensed to see what added services would be important to me. There is only one level of maintenance plan. I don’t like being pinched into a one-size-fits-all and have to pay for it.”

“Michael Morgan and the entire team at Air Solutions helped me work with my insurance company after a power surge from a storm last fall damaged my HVAC units and made them inoperable. Michael Morgan accurately diagnosed what the repairs would be. It took two visits to fix them. On the second repair appointment Air Solutions was able to get the parts in early and got Mike over to fix both of my HVAC units right before the polar vortex happened during the 3rd week of February 2025.
